Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades to gear increase its base stats and sometimes enhances its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the number of random augmentations that are applied.
For example, the elite shield of racial violence Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb function in PvP, or to add additional defenses on missile based builds in PvM. This makes it more marketable over the original version that is not upgraded.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens permit you to reroll a purchased item, like armor, weapon, or ring. The item is replaced by another item of the same type and comes with different benefits. Reroll tokens are an economical method of upgrading equipment. However, they don’t retain the level of the original item, and any wasted resources will not be refunded.
The surviving players can acquire Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be located in crates and chests, or purchased from the market at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attribute of a piece equipment, for example increasing the damage it can cause.
Players can reroll their equipment in three categories that include physical power, magical power and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage caused by weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power upgrade mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional level of health.
There are three types of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of a higher-level reroll token in order to create it. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require items that are either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
The marker that rerolls, unlike markers or tokens placed on action spaces, remains on the space until the next Success is being rerolled. This allows you to avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the beginning of each preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by grasping them. When they are opened, they will display a description and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged for new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant’s store for the amount of coins.
In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This alters the blueprints that the restaurant’s shop sells for rerolls and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost the quality of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by completing daily contracts.
To upgrade gear, the player must first locate the Best item upgrade then click the “level up button”. This will show a list of the item’s current level and what it will become after being upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor Best Item Upgrade requires just one green or blue Growth Stone.
After selecting the item to upgrade the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. Once the player has met the requirements, he is able to click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item’s level by a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item, the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process is also completely risk-free and does not affect the item’s durability. This makes the system an ideal way for players to get an advantage in battle without putting a strain on their accounts. Clicking on the “transfer tab”, players can also transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded item onto the new gear.
The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for new players. However, there are numerous ways to obtain these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or Best item Upgrade getting them from the reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. In addition players can also take apart the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that allows you to increase the stats of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. It is achieved by adding upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume upgrade components and grant the item an increased level, which gives the item a boost in that area. The process will continue until the item reaches its highest level.
Items with upgraded stats will have an icon of blue next to their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components don’t stack with each other, but can only be added to a single item at a time. Additionally each upgrade component will require a specific number of items to be added, as well as an appropriate level for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station features two slots: the first is where players can put in an item to be upgraded, and the right side shows a glimpse of what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow when is a player has enough resources will initiate the upgrade process.
A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each time the best item Upgrade is upgraded, its base stats will be increased by a small percentage. The highest level for an item is 19.
When an item is at its maximum capacity and is no longer upgraded, it does not have the option of upgrading. When a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for the track will be offered at discounts.
Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armor trinkets and gathering tools to provide an additional bonus or effect while the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, with the exception of for glyphs which can be removed and replaced freely.
Requirements
Upgrades to items allow players to boost certain attributes of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the type of item but generally, you’ll need Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).
The items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This will give them extra effects or an increased item level. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, such as crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component has been placed into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.
Upgrades to an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can boost the item’s stats.
For example, the helm upgrade items “Foundation of the Sun” boosts the base defense, and also provides an additional 20% chance to block. The DPS “Wildfire” however increases damage to weapons.
Upgrades can be beneficial to some items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get the perfect roll. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50 times the value of the unupp’d version.
When you select an upgrade component to be inserted into an item upgrading the game will display an open window that displays the requirements required for that item. The game will show the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
Once you’ve met the required requirements for an upgrade The game will then place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will update to indicate how close to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
